An easy slow cooker minced lamb recipe.
Ingredients: 2 tins Chopped Tomatoes,1 TSP Dried Chili Flakes,150g Feta, crumbled,2 Garlic Cloves, sliced,800g Lamb Mince,1 TSP Dried Mint,1 Onion, finely chopped,2 TBSP Caramelised Onion Chutney,1 TSP Dried Oregano,Seasoning,2 TBSP Cranberry Sauce,2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
Instructions: Heat 1 TBSP of oil in a frying pan and gently fry the onions, garlic, mint, oregano and chilli for 5 minutes. Add the lamb mince and brown. Drain off excess fat. Step 2: Put the lamb mixture in slow cooker with the cranberry sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion chutney and chopped tomatoes and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve with crumbled feta.
