A hot cheese based dip with all of the flavours of a reuben sandwich with corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss cheese and Russian dressing. Serve with toasted dark rye for dipping to complete the reuben sandwich flavours.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup cooked corned beef, diced or shredded,4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature,1/4 cup sauerkraut, squeezed and drained,1/4 cup Russian dressing,1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions: Mix everything, place it in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven until bubbling on the sides and golden brown on top, about 20 minutes.
