Ingredient Info and Substitution Suggestions

LAMB – Look for chops that are around 1 – 1 1/2 inches thick, with nice white fat. Remove your lamb chops from the refrigerator about 30 minutes before cooking. Letting your lamb reach room temperature allows the meat to relax, compared to when it’s cold, it tenses up. Lamb is a meat that cooks quickly and can dry out easily, therefore it’s best to have it at room temperature so that it evenly cooks.

How do I store leftovers?

Store leftover lamb chops in an air-tight container kept in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Use the reheat function on the air fryer for warming them back up.

Serving Suggestions
