Taco soup is the perfect crock pot soup, top it with taco chips, cheese and sour cream.
Ingredients: 15 oz Mild Chili Beans,2 cups frozen or fresh Corn,1 lb. Ground Beef,1 Medium Onion – Diced,1 cup Mild Picante Sauce,15 oz Pinto Beans – Drained,Taco Chips – broken into bite size pieces,1 Packet of Ranch Dressing Seasoning Mix,10 oz Rotel (Diced Tomatoes with green chiles),Salt and Pepper to taste,Shredded Cheese (I used a cheese I found at Krogers that I think is new, it is an Authentic Hispanic Blend of Mexican cheeses. Monterey Jack or Cheddar will also work),Sour Cream,1 Packet of Taco Seasoning,29 oz Crushed Tomatoes,2 cups water
- Brown ground beef and onion.
