  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese


  • Place the potatoes in a large pan and cover with water.
  • In a mixer or food processor, integrate the home cheese, sour cream, milk, sugar, salt and garlic powder; cover and procedure till smooth.
