Many hands assisted make our wedding perfect. My aunties and cousins prepared the terrific food. My husband, Jeff, and I and our guests took pleasure in these finger-licking-good chicken wings. The spicy sauce was influenced by my uncle, Costs Gingerich.
Ingredients
- 2 jars (12 ounces each) orange marmalade
- 3 cups catsup
- 1 cup loaded brown sugar
- 1 big onion, carefully sliced
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Hot pepper sauce to taste
- 8 pounds entire chicken wings (about 40)
Directions
- In a large pan, combine the very first nine components.
- On the other hand, cut chicken wings into 3 areas; discard wing tips.
