pound lean (at least 80%) ground beef -

can (16 oz) Old El Paso ™ refried beans -

can (10 oz) Old El Paso ™ enchilada sauce -
1
bundle (1 oz) Old El Paso ™ 40% Less-Sodium Taco Flavoring Mix -

jar (16 oz) Old El Paso ™ Thick ‘n Chunky salsa -

hotdog or bratwurst buns, split -

cups shredded Mexican cheese mix (12 oz) -

cups shredded lettuce -

big tomatoes, chopped (2 cups) -

container (12 oz) sour cream

In 12- inch skillet, cook beef over medium heat, stirring periodically, till brown; drain. In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, place beef. Stir in refried beans, enchilada sauce, taco spices mix and salsa.

Cover and cook on Low heat setting 4 to 6 hours.

To serve, fill each bun with about 1/3 cup beef mix and top with cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream.
