    teaspoon pepper
  • 1

Filling

  • 2 2/3

    cups water
  • 1/4

    cup butter or margarine
  • 1

    teaspoon salt
  • 2/3

    cup milk
  • 2

    cups Betty Crocker ™ mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/2

    cups frozen sliced broccoli, thawed
  • 1/2

    cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (2 oz)
