Green Apple Smoothie
My Green Apple Smoothie is the first one under “5 ingredients” in the book content. It is featured on Page 28. Just click on any recipe in the content and it will automatically jump to the correct page. Love that feature!
If you purchase the book, you will get a nice selection of green smoothies and so I have decided to share a fruitier smoothie with you today. I often have frozen pineapples and strawberries in the freezer and this Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie is a good way to use them up. I added a banana in the mix to make the smoothie thicker and creamier. It makes a delicious and satisfying breakfast or snack smoothie. I hope you’ll give it a try.
