Chocolate and peanut butter. Just the most sensational combination in the world. Am I right?
I basically crave all of it the time. Breakfast? Done. Snacks? Done. Dessert? You know it. Even just scooping a spoonful of peanut butter out of the jar and spraying a few chocolate chips on top gets me giddy.
So when this dish came to me, totally out of no where, I had to make it right away.
Enter peanut butter quinoa crackers and homemade nutella sandwiches.
You people.
Holy moly AMAZING.
Mix it all together, roll it out, cut it into crackers and bake away.
The crackers are light, with a crispy outdoors and a somewhat soft interior. They advise me of graham crackers, only better. I’m absolutely bringing these camping this summertime. They ‘d be ideal for s’mores!

The brand name I always turn when it pertains to for my quinoa flakes is Ancient Harvest. Peanut Butter Quinoa Crackers Homemade Nutella Sandwiches
Ooey gooey chocolatey goodness sandwiched in between two layers of completely healthy peanut butter crackers.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In the bowl of a food mill, pulse together the dry components.

Quickly melt together the damp components either on the stove or in the microwave. Stir up until smooth and combined. Add to the food processor and pulse up until a dough begins to form.

Discard the dough onto a parchment lined surface area. Lightly dust a rolling pin with oat flour and carefully roll the ball out till it has to do with 1/8″ thick.
