Ingredients: 1 tsp. dijon mustard,1/4 cup maple syrup,olive oil,1 dash pepper,24 oz King Atlantic Salmon,1/4 tsp. thyme
Instructions: Brush grill with olive oil and set to medium heat.,In a small bowl, add maple syrup, mustard, thyme and pepper; mix well; set a side.,Sprinkle both the sides of the salmon with ground pepper (just a light dusting).,Place salmon on the grill. If salmon has skin, cook with skin side up for 1 minutes, just to get grill marks on salmon. Then flip salmon and cook for about 5 – 7 minutes, until the flesh starts to flake easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.,Brush the salmon with maple glaze and serve immediately.
