Savory ground lamb cooks in minutes and gets a cooling, creamy topping full of Indian flavors.

Rosemary-Mint Sauce -

Make Rosemary-Mint Sauce.

Mix remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 patties.

Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook patties in skillet 5 minutes; turn. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center. Serve with sauce.
