pounds lean ground lamb
small onion, finely chopped (1/4 cup)
tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
garlic cloves, finely chopped
Make Rosemary-Mint Sauce.
Mix remaining ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
Spray 12-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Cook patties in skillet 5 minutes; turn. Cook 3 to 5 minutes longer or until no longer pink in center. Serve with sauce.

Stir some chopped cucumber into the Rosemary-Mint Sauce. The result is very similar to raita, a refreshing dish from northern India that’s often served as a relish with curried foods.
