One of the best Eating Well recipes I’ve made so far if not The Very Best! I was a little nervous about never having tried the mint and lamb combination before but young boy I have actually been missing out! Delicious!
Actually delicious and not too challenging to make. Naturally I needed to have more mint jelly afterwards however that’s me!
I was not exactly sure about the lamb and mint combination, I am thankful I did go for it. This is my 2nd time within three weeks making this recipe, if you like lamb you would truly like this recipe. I am not substantial on mint or jellies nevertheless this taste is very well received for even those that are not huge mint fans. I highly suggest it. I use consuming well for my weekly food preparation, I have actually not been dissatisfied.
Made this last night and it was wonderful. The sauce takes a little longer than listed so it is useful to keep the lamb under some heat so it can be served hot.
This recipe was great:-RRB- I prepared the chops as advised and served with the sauce as well as some mint jelly by itself. My 5 year old kid liked it. I told him it was steak so he would attempt it then informed him after what it truly was. He consumed 2 chops by himself. I liked the sauce but personally prefer the mint jelly on its own:)
