Dress up easy beef and potato hash with a little cream, tomatoes, and every clever cook’s standby, Worcestershire sauce.

( 1 lb. 4-oz.) pkg. cooled diced potatoes with onions -

cup chopped red onion -
1/3
cup whipping cream -

tablespoon Worcestershire sauce -

teaspoon celery salt -

teaspoon pepper -

cups sliced tomatoes

In 12- inch nonstick skillet, cook hamburger, potatoes and red onion over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until beef is thoroughly prepared and potatoes are tender, stirring frequently. Drain well.

Stir into beef mixture. Cook an extra 2 to 5 minutes or till mix is bubbly around edges, stirring often.
