Grilled Lamb Lollipops

Grilled Lamb Lollipops

So I chose to be a sweet wifey the other day and make Huge Daddy something special for dinner. Frequently, when we head out to eat, he’ll get a lamb dish, however we’ve never ever cooked lamb at home. I picked a nice looking crown roast up at the grocery this morning and although they were on the little side, they still looked excellent. I understood he ‘d more than happy with Grilled Lamb Lollipops. Especially with a name like ‘lollipops’, who wouldn’t like that?

So I marinaded them for a couple of hours. Actually, I marinated them while I prepped and cooked the side meals so it wasn’t rather 2 hours.
