Use up remaining meat from Sunday’s roast in this colourful sandwich

Ingredients: 1 small baguette, cut lengthways, spray olive oil and red white wine vinegar, pinch dried oregano, handful leftover lamb, few slices red pepper and red or white onion, shredded lettuce,3 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese

Directions: Sprinkle the inside of the baguette with a little olive oil, vinegar, oregano and a little seasoning. Layer the lamb, salad veg and feta, then wrap securely in stick movie.
