Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh or frozen green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Location beans in a pan and cover with water; give a boil. Cook, exposed, until crisp-tender, 8-10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Include onion; cook and stir until tender, 3-5 minutes. Include garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain pipes beans; contribute to onion mix. Prepare and stir up until warmed through, 2-3 minutes.
