So are you into Star Wars?

Are you intending on seeing the new release that comes out this weekend? Will you stand in line to get tickets being in a theater where every seat is taken and be one of the very first to see the much-anticipated move?

Or will you resemble me and wait a week or 2 and after that drop in the movie?

I have seen every Star Wars movie when they came out, yes I am that old, and I have actually liked them all. My hopes are high that this one will pacify the Star Wars geek in me. What is great is both of my young boys, my oldest especially are Star Wars fans, probably since when the Episodes I, II, and III came out I made sure that both boys saw the films, read the books and of course had the toys for them to have fun with.

I need to tell you that I have made this Farro Beef Mushroom Asparagus Marinara dish a number of times over the last couple of months, tweaking it to make it easier to prepare, and a bit healthier each time. Utilizing the greatest quality components, that were the cleanest and offered the most dietary worth. It is a great balanced macro recipe, low calorie, high protein dish.

BUT what is most important is it truly is TASTY!

If you are questioning what the heck is Farro? It is an ancient grain originated from wheat. It is a healthy nutty-tasting grain that is a high fiber, protein, magnesium and iron food. Farro returns to the Roman empire, it really got the label “pharaoh’s wheat” considering that it was popular in Egypt prior to infecting Italy.

This grain is an extremely hearty with a chewy taste which makes it best paired with roasted veggies, ground beef, and marinara.

You can find Farro in the natural area of your grocery store.

I sprayed this dish with Nutritional Yeast. It is an excellent addition to numerous dishes that you would delight in parmesan cheese such as soups, and salads or dishes with marinara, such as this one.
