Ingredients
- POTATO SHELL:
- 3-1/2 cups mashed potatoes (without included milk and butter)
- 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (2.8 ounces) french-fried onions
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- Salt to taste
- FILLING:
- 1-1/2 cups shredded or cubed prepared chicken or turkey
- 1 bundle (10 ounces) frozen combined veggies, defrosted and drained pipes
- 1 can (10 -3/ 4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 cup entire milk
- 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Integrate all of the potato shell components; spread over the bottom and up the sides of a greased 2-qt. shallow baking dish. In a big bowl, combine filling active ingredients; put carefully into shell.
- Bake, exposed, at 375 ° for 40 minutes or till warmed through. Let represent 5 minutes prior to serving.
