I was pretty pleased to come across this side dish as a tasty dish to have around when I’m viewing my calories.
Active ingredients: 2 teaspoons capers, drained,4 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 little head),3 Tablespoons sliced fresh parsley,2 big cloves garlic, minced,1/ 2 medium lemon,2 Tablespoons lemon juice,2 teaspoons olive oil,1/ 4 teaspoon salt,6 cups water
Instructions: Bring water boil in a big pan. Squeeze the lemon half into the water and add the lemon half to the water too. Add the cauliflower to the pan; cook 3 minutes. Drain; discard lemon half., Heat oil in a big nonstick skillet over medium-heat. Add cauliflower to pan; cook 12 minutes or till soft, stirring sometimes. Add garlic; cook 30 seconds or until lightly browned., Transfer cauliflower mix to a big bowl. Add parsley and the staying ingredients; toss well.
