Cajun seasoned steak bites in a butter and garlic sauce that is so quick and easy that you’ll be making it all the time!
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon oil,3 tablespoons butter,1 pound steak (flank, strip loin, rib eye, etc.), cut into bite sized pieces,2 teaspoons cajun seasoning,4 cloves garlic, chopped
Instructions:
- Heat the oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat, add steak, seasoned with the cajun seasoning, and cook over medium-high heat until lightly golden brown on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Add the garlic cook until fragrant, about a minute.
