  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup beef broth

Directions

  • Mix all of your dry spices together in a mixing bowl and reserved

  • Cut up your onions into big pieces and cut your peppers into long slices

  • Utilizing a really sharp knife, cut your chuck roast into 4-6 big pieces guaranteeing you cut versus the grain
