Huge Tim’s Crock-Pot BARBEQUE Beef

Ingredients
- 3-5 pounds boneless chuck roast
- 1 large white onion
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Directions

Mix all of your dry spices together in a mixing bowl and reserved

Cut up your onions into big pieces and cut your peppers into long slices

Utilizing a really sharp knife, cut your chuck roast into 4-6 big pieces guaranteeing you cut versus the grain
