Tonight I was going to make this great Algerian Salad with Lamb Meatballs, however I was out of some active ingredients, so I decided to make instead some Lebanese lamb meatballs.
You understand I love a good meatball, and I have actually made my share of meatballs in my day. I’m unsure if I like these more than my Romanian meatballs, but they sure were really delicious and delicious. I did decide to bake them instead of frying them just to conserve some calories, however normally meatballs are fried. When you bake them, more fat will drain out of them, however although you may believe they’ll be dry, they were not at all. You can obviously make a nice tomato sauce to go with them and boil some pasta and you’ve obtained a grand meal. Nevertheless, we do not typically consume lamb typically, so I wished to enjoy them and truly taste the taste of the lamb, so I simply served them on their own. Husband and canine devoured them. Ok, I had a couple too!
Making meatballs is truly simple, you essentially blend all the ingredients together, use your hands and then form them into little balls, or whatever size you prefer.
