Apple and Orange Salad a refreshing salad incredibly healthy and ideal for whenever of the year!

That’s right, you heard it, an apple and orange salad with raisins and pecans!

My partner’s friend offered my hubby a list of salad recipes and I chose to go through them all and try them all out. This was the first one on the list and it turned out exceptional. We had it for dinner, I do not understand if I would advise this for a primary course, however definitely a terrific lunch salad.

The apple and orange salad was incredibly easy to make. In a big bowl blend the red white wine vinegar, orange juice and olive oil together. Add the raisins and let them soak in the dressing up until we’re done cleaning up the orange and apples.

Next you need to peel an orange and suffice in little pieces. The recipe only required one orange, but I believe 2 oranges would have been better, more of a citrus flavor.

You’ll require about 4 apples, it works finest if you have different apples, green ones and red ones, it just makes for prettier colors.

Add the oranges and apples to the bowl with raisins and include about 2/3 of a cup of approximately chopped pecans to the salad.

Add some salt and pepper to taste, toss everything together and voila! You have actually got yourself an awesome extremely healthy salad. You can’t fail with this! Enjoy it and don’t feel guilty eating it, absolutely nothing to feel guilty about.

If you guys like this dish, and most significantly make it yourselves, please let us understand.
